Beware of the original Mandalorian, Boba Fett!
I am a huge fan of the Bespin sequence from Star Wars Episode 5 - The Empire Strikes Back, and thought this animation would be a great way to pay homage to that, and show my excitement for the new Disney+ Star Wars streaming series, The Mandalorian.
The art was created in Adobe Illustrator, and the animation was created in Adobe After Effects with Duik Bassel for the character rigging, and finished in Adobe Premiere Pro to finalize the sound.

Below are the style frames I put together during the preproduction process to roughly figure out the scene elements, along with the blocking and framing of Boba Fett and Han Solo in Carbonite. This process also greatly helped me figure out how I would need to rig the characters to effectively animate them.
